Terms & Conditions (Public Offer)

Last updated: 14 June 2026

This document is the official public offer of Libera Education (the “Operator”, “Libera”, “we”) for the use of the online education services provided through the libera.uz website and the iOS and Android applications (together, the “Platform”).

By registering on, logging into, or using the Platform, you fully and unconditionally accept these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not use the Platform.

Operator details: Libera Education, address — Samarkand, Republic of Uzbekistan; email — Abdurauf.gr@gmail.com; phone — +998 99 876 12 71.

1. Key definitions

  • “Platform” — the libera.uz website, the mobile applications, and all related services of the Operator.
  • “User” or “Student” — an individual who has registered on and uses the Platform.
  • “Services” — the online English-learning products: video lectures, interactive self-study exercises, live seminars, IELTS mock exams, AI-assisted speaking practice, vocabulary, and more.
  • “Content” — all video, audio, text, tests, graphics, and software materials on the Platform.

2. Subject of the offer

The Operator provides the User with online English-learning services through the Platform on the terms set out in this offer, and the User pays the fee set for the chosen service.

The Services are provided for informational and educational purposes. The Operator does not guarantee any specific exam score or learning outcome, as the result depends on the User.

3. Age requirement

The Platform is intended only for persons aged 18 or over. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms on your own.

If we learn that an account was created by a person under 18, we reserve the right to delete that account.

4. Registration and account

To use the Services, the User registers with accurate information, including a phone number. Verification is performed via a one-time code sent by SMS or through Telegram.

An account is personal; transferring, selling, or sharing it is prohibited. The User is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under their account.

If you notice unauthorised use of your account, notify us immediately at Abdurauf.gr@gmail.com.

5. Scope of the Services

The Platform may include the following services (the list is non-exhaustive and may change):

  • recorded video lectures and interactive self-study exercises;
  • live seminars delivered via Telegram;
  • IELTS mock exams and practice tests;
  • AI-based speaking practice;
  • vocabulary and typing practice, with progress tracking;
  • messaging with teachers and the support team.

The Operator reserves the right to update, change, or discontinue the scope of services, features, or content at any time.

6. Price and payment

Service prices are shown on the Platform in Uzbek soum (UZS). Payment for each course or level is one-time and does not renew automatically (it is not a subscription).

Payment is made through the payment systems available on the Platform: Payme, Click, Paynet, Uzum Bank, Octobank (UZCARD, HUMO, VISA, Mastercard), and others. Payments are processed by the respective payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

After payment, access to the purchased course is granted for the period stated on the course page. When that period ends, access to paid content stops, while access to certain compulsory parts may remain.

If payment is made through the App Store or Google Play, the payment and pricing rules of that platform also apply.

7. Refund policy

The Services are a digital educational product, and access is opened immediately after payment.

If you have not yet used the paid content of a purchased course, you may request a refund within 7 (seven) days of the payment date by writing to Abdurauf.gr@gmail.com.

Once substantial use of the content has begun (for example, lectures have been watched or exams taken), the fee is non-refundable, except where required by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Refunds for payments made through the App Store or Google Play are handled under that platform’s rules.

8. Intellectual property and licence

All Content on the Platform and the rights to it belong to Libera Education or its licensors and are protected by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and international law.

The Operator grants the User a limited, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the Content solely for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes.

Recording, copying, distributing, selling, publicly displaying the Content, or creating derivative works is strictly prohibited.

9. Acceptable use

The User agrees not to:

  • hack the Platform or its security systems, or attempt unauthorised access;
  • automatically harvest, copy, or distribute content;
  • engage in abusive, unlawful, or harassing behaviour toward other users, teachers, or staff;
  • post unlawful or false material, or material that infringes the rights of third parties;
  • misuse the artificial-intelligence features or use them for purposes other than intended.

The Platform operates a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive users. In any chat conversation you may report another user or block them. We review reports within 24 hours and remove violating content or users.

10. Artificial-intelligence features

Speaking practice and certain other features use third-party AI services (including Google Gemini). When you use these features, your voice recordings and text are processed for analysis (see the Privacy Policy).

The assessments and recommendations produced by the AI are automated, may contain errors or inaccuracies, and do not replace the assessment of a qualified teacher.

11. Rewards and referral programme

The Platform may run bonus and refer-a-friend programmes. An accumulated bonus balance may be used to cover part or all of a course price but cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Operator reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the programme terms, and to void bonuses where abuse is detected.

12. Limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Platform.

The Operator’s total liability shall in any case not exceed the amount paid by the User over the previous 12 months.

The Operator is not responsible for internet connection failures or for outages of third-party services (payment systems, Telegram, video hosting, etc.).

13. Suspension and termination

The Operator may temporarily suspend or terminate the User’s access to their account in the event of a breach of these terms.

The User may request deletion of their account at any time through the relevant feature on the Platform or at Abdurauf.gr@gmail.com. The deletion procedure is described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to the terms

The Operator may amend these terms at any time. The updated version takes effect once published on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

This offer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are resolved first through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

16. App stores (App Store and Google Play)

If you downloaded the app through the Apple App Store, these terms are concluded between you and Libera, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them once you accept them.

Use of the app is also governed by the rules of the relevant app store (App Store Terms of Service, Google Play Terms of Service).
